Some ideas for FIFA 16 Career Mode

It means you can't just allocate all your transfer funds to wages and get high rated striker, to then get them top goal and sell them for twice their value, rinse and repeat. Having to pay transfer fees really helps immersion and means you can't go from a championship team to a top tier BPL side with Neymar, Ronaldo, etc in just 3 seasons. It helps pacing and makes a long career play through alot more sustainable.

I turned Shamrock Rovers in Ireland to a 5 star powerhouse in just 3 seasons without really having to do any work. It's that easy. EA should have the players either resign, transfer to another team to sign or get a free transfer to more realistic teams before you can even get the chance, resulting in far less players becoming available for free transfers.

I'm gonna move New York City FC to League Two and start my road to glory up to the Premiere League. I'll have Villa, Pirlo, and Lampard already in the team and I won't buy any players over the age of 19, and I'll focus only on my YA for the rest of the Fifa 16 coins. I'll limit myself to 3 purchases a season, and they cannot be more than 20 mil. per player. Purchases I can think of in the first season will be Mastour, Halilovic, and Miyaichi. My YA will be scouting defensive players in the first season.

Last year I picked AFC Wimbledon and use financial takeover. But i restricted myself to English Only as far as transfers and youth academy. Getting to the premier league was easy enough as I just bought players with potential of around 70. Kept some players all the way to the premier league. But it got difficult in the EPL. Despite managing to get players like Barkley, Lallana and sterling in free transfers, I still had a bunch of low 70's so it was a challenge. But got the England job so my work with the likes of James Wilson and Matthew Grimes paid off in that sense.

Managed to win Europa and get a champs league spot with a 3rd place finish but didn't win the league. Won the World Cup though with a new look England side.

Putting the best teams in the Argentinian, Chilean, Colombian & Mexican leagues and playing as a lower ranked team with lots of potential players (I'm using the Belgian RSC Anderlecht). The top 4 of each league get together in the South American cup in the second half of the season and duke it out.

I haven't even finished my first season yet, but I'm loving it. It's not too hard to balance out each league, and you're basically playing Champions League football all year, even if you don't make it into the the Cup. The lack of relegation doesn't bother me, and I like this set-up way more than playing hard competitively and then having to play dull teams for the most prestigieus title because I put even the UEFA contenders into the 2nd league.
