MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Maverick Management Group, LLC, (MMG) acting as an owner's representative and project manager for Investcorp International Realty, announces the completion of the lobby renovation for the Doubletree Hotel located in Minneapolis, MN.

During the 6-month design and construction project, MMG worked in tandem with Baskervill of Richmond, VA on the interior design as well as local engineers and contractors to complete the extensive revolving door addition.

The project included the installation of a new automatic revolving door as well as a complete redesign and upgrade of the lobby including registration desks, gift shop, tile, carpet, all new furnishings and a state of the art Internet Connectivity Zone.

"Working with Maverick Management we incorporated a modern design based off of downtown Minneapolis and the business' that light up the street at night. The lobby works off of the travelers need for comfort, hospitality and technology. And of course, a warm Doubletree cookie at check-in greets every guest arriving to start their Doubletree experience."
