two servings of two caps a day, once in the morning, then another around 4-5 pm or so. I'm at like day 5 now, but my computer was at the store getting repairs done so I haven't had the chance to update.
Just some basic info:
-I am running a Push/Pull/Legs type Max Antler Pro split, basically just rotating and if I miss a day I start where I left off.
-Cardio is either done after workouts or done between sets (jump roping)
-I like to balance rep ranges, so every workout has some low/medium/high rep work
-I'm eating at a lower calorie deficit as more of an attempt to recomp
A couple things I have noticed for:
-Been having killer workouts the past two days, feeling noticeably stronger
-Excellent sleep with some pretty vivid dreams (also something I have noticed from other test boosters)
-Oily skin
-Appetite has definitely increased, and hasn't made it very easy to stay at a lower caloric range haha
Because of work I won't be able to hit the gym until after my shift Sunday, which will be a legs session (numbers and such will be included in that entry)
