We will not just serve them in the branches of that proportion in which it is required, but we’ll serve them on major basis of various aspects of digital banking and other ways to help manage their banking proceedings. We believe that a young leader is better able to relay information to the customer, hence underlining our objective to nurture such a work force that is young and strives for innovation.

Now, it is important to note that they will not be dealing with the customer on basis of prior relationship; they may be at some call centre, a video screen or maybe even designing an app for the customer to attain usage of. We at JS Bank believe that our employees will be those people who are able understand the person sitting before them and are able to be like them, make them feel comfortable.

And we need to have more people who satisfy the aforementioned characteristics
