Hardware und Anschlüsse stecken in einem elegant und robust wirkenden Aluminium-Gehäuse, das 2 Kilogramm auf die Waage bringt. Nachdem das Display unter Kraftaufwand geöffnet ist, fällt das an manchen Stellen unpraktisch designte Tastaturlayout auf. So sind die Cursortasten alles andere als sinnvoll angeordnet, und Raute-Taste sowie Enter-Taste liegen ungewöhnlich eng beieinander – dies kann zusammen mit den leicht rutschigen Tasten zu Fehleingaben führen. Das Touchpad hingegen ist angenehm groß und lässt sich hervorragend und sicher bedienen. Das Schreibgefühl könnte gerne etwas besser sein - dafür ist der Mausersatz von sehr guter Qualität, auch wenn die separaten Maustasten fehlen.
