Er zeigt eine herausragende Helligkeit von über 400 cd/qm, weshalb die Darstellung sich auch unter wechselnden Lichtverhältnissen immer sehr gut erkennen lässt. Der Kontrast liegt bei starken 1270:1, Farben werden sehr natürlich dargestellt. Dank der hohen Punktedichte von 267 ppi kommen bei Fotos auch Details sehr gut zum Tragen.Ebenfalls ein großes Lob verdient sich die Tastatur: Die Tasten haben eine klare Druckrückmeldung, der Hub ist für angenehmes Tippen ausreichend, die Tastatur bleibt auch bei schnellem Tippen leise. Das große Touchpad bietet genug Platz für Mehr-Finger-Gesten, reagiert schnell und sicher auf Eingaben und gibt eine deutliche Rückmeldung beim Mausklick. Einen einzigen Makel hat die hervorragende Tastatur: Sofern es nicht ganz dunkel ist, stört die Tastaturbeleuchtung eher als sie nutzt. Denn sie macht die Tastenbeschriftung schwerer lesbar, da sie sich kaum von den hellen Tasten abhebt. Wenn es also nicht unbedingt nötig ist, sollten Sie die Beleuchtung abschalten.
