Gary Johnson is the owner of a real estate development company. Gary Johnson founded Fox Point Realty, located in Portsmouth NH and has done business for more than 15 years. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of development and real estates. Apart from successful developer, landlord and volunteer for charities and non-profit Boards he is also a commercial landlord. He owns and manages commercial rental properties along the NH and MA seacoast that also does commercial property rentals. He has developed a tract of 18 single family homes as well as many single family homes where he purchased them, got it fixed and then sold them.
Gary Johnson possesses an undergraduate degree in Finance from University of New Hampshire.
Gary Johnson utilizes his experience and knowledge to benefit more than just himself. He is now a volunteer mentor for small business owners and start-up businesses. His goal as a business mentor is to help more start-up businesses last beyond the first critical five years. He hopes that the start-up businesses in and around his community will provide jobs and strengthen the local and state economy.
