Reps Quadriceps The simplest quadriceps (front thigh) exercise are the repetitions quadriceps (quad sets) that are made with one leg in a straight position.
 
The other half of the equation in our attempt to enlarge the buttocks is cardiovascular exercise, which helps burn fat from the area while contributing to its overall strength. Can certain exercises realign the kneecap?
Patellar sliding problems can cause a lot of pain in the front and sides of the knee.
The patella alignment problems are common sources of knee pain. The patella moves up and down to bend and straighten the knee. It moves on a track called trochlear groove. When the kneecap does not move properly in the groove, the condition is called patellar alignment problem. Occasionally, abnormalities in posture of ankle and knee can cause patellar alignment problems. More commonly, however, it is that they are caused by muscle imbalance or weakness, and this is something that in most cases can be corrected with specific exercises.
