There is no doubt that sunshine is a great source of vitamin D. This is one of the great benefits that are attached to going to the sea.
 
The truth is that a lot of people love going to the beach due to a lot of reasons that are not negative. Nobody can force you to go to the beach rather; you will always be excited to hit the beach without being forced. There is always an aura of joy that comes along with going to the beach. Cities that have beaches that are always well maintained and managed receive a lot of tourists and travellers. They will want to come for various reasons which are aimed at giving them a pleasant experience to take home. Mother Nature availed us the opportunity to have a closer interaction with the sea and its sand and it is priceless.

Well, let us look at the great advantages that are always attached with going to the beach. They include –

1. Vitamin D that is gotten from the sunshine – There is no doubt that sunshine is a great source of vitamin D. This is one of the great benefits that are attached to going to the sea. Most people will wear their bikini and beach wears and enjoy lying down and facing the sun in order to have their skin refreshed and hit by the sun which will in turn give them great health benefits of vitamin D. However, it is good to note that some people might actually have some challenge with the sun and this is because it might give them skin cancer if they are exposed for so long under the sun. This is the reason why it is always necessary to consult the skin doctor in order to know the amount of sun or duration you can be able to spend under the sun.
2. It relieves stress – Watching the sea as well as the beautiful palm trees that move and dance to the tune of the waves from the sea releases endorphins which brings relaxation to the body. There is no doubt that human beings naturally have at least one get – away. Going to the beach can be a great get – away to a lot of people.
3. It gives you sound sleep – When you return from the beach, the best thing to do is to shower and sleep. You will notice that you will get to sleep better after a day at the beach. 4. You will get to exercise at the beach - There are a lot of great exercises which you can partake in when you are at the beach they range from joggling to volleyball and other. The body and mind will be in one place and at peace when you take part in one or more of these physical exercises with other people at the beach.
5. You enjoy great health benefits of skin exfoliation, detoxification and fight off bacteria – The sand at the beach removes dead skin cells when in contact with the hand and foot as well as any other part of the body. The salt water goes in through the skin pores to pull out toxic elements in the skin such as bacteria and fungi.
