If you are one of the qualified people, you can hop into the campaign right now. It's important to note that once you've logged in your free playing time will begin and expire in four days. How many players will choose to log in on Friday night and clear everything added in the patch over the weekend? Perhaps even wait for the relic step to be added so you can get that finished too? Anyway, keep in mind that this free campaign is set to end on Thursday, December 31, at 6:59am PT, so just make sure you won’t login too late to enjoy in the full allowed time.
FFXIV is worth returning as interesting dungeons added

Many players might have left due to the hard grind in leveling alt jobs/classes and running dungeons and fates over and over. If this is the case for your leaving, now there is a reason to come back: Two new dungeons have been added, The Saint Mocianne Arboretum and The Pharos Sirius hard mode, both of which can grant you a full level on your alt. They upped the XP gain really good too. Even Yoshi P said it would take 1 week to level an alt by just doing exactly 2 daily roulettes a day, in 3 day's playing I got 3 alts to 60, dungeons only. Besides, there is no FATE grinding either. Instead, we have new Beast Tribe that gives good xp as well.
