Time for a new PTR build! There are many globalstrings for the new WoW Token which was just announced. This allows players to buy game time for real money and sell it for gold, wow gold ,and also allows players to buy game time for gold.

There are two new items this PTR build:

WoW Token (item to sell) and

WoW Token (item to buy).

The build also has spell changes but do note that some are simply tooltip updates for old hotfixes--you can easily tell by visiting the spell pages and checking out our new "Hotfix" section to see if the change has already been noted by Blizzard! For example,

Glyph of Holy Shock has a change in today's spell diff, but visiting the

Glyph of Holy Shock page shows that the change was a hotfix from February 25th.

In addition, it looks like all the Blackrock Foundry mission rewards have been cleaned up--the four versions have distinct rewards now for normal, heroic, mythic, and mythic caches + gold. Previously in the data, two missions rewarded normal caches and none rewarded mythic + gold.

Coming soon to an Azeroth near you: the WoW Token, a new in-game item that allows players to simply and securely exchange gold and game time between each other.

Players will be able to purchase a WoW Token through the in-game Shop for real money, and then sell it on the Auction House for gold at the current market price. When a player buys a WoW Token from the Auction House for gold, the Token becomes Soulbound, and the player can then redeem it for 30 days of game time.

The WoW Token feature will be enabled at a future date. Patch 6.1.2 adds in the framework needed for the WoW Token feature in the game client and is not active at this time.
