Today, Blizzard has launched a new patch 6.0.3 to fix and change the addressed issues on the beta realms, and will be pushed onto live realms. Here are some interesting or important fixes you should know, and something that should have been fixed but not.

Patch 6.0.3 is for both beta realm and live launch

Patch 6.0.3 launched today brings the live game up-to-date with the version currently being tested on the beta realms. It includes a number of fixes and changes to address issues identified since the release of 6.0.2, as well as remaining assets and content to prepare for the launch of Warlords of Draenor.

Besides, it is not a launch-day patch, but has a smooth transition to the new warlords of draenor wow expansion on November 13.

Main fixed issues in this patch


1. A Villain Unmasked: Resolved an issue where Samuelson Unmasked was dying too quickly to grant quest credit.

Many players complain that they have tried over 20 times before giving up. And no matter what combination of moves they tried, they got anything out of it. Now it is fixed.

2. Razorgore the Untamed received a buff to increase his survivability.

To farm Razorgore the Untamed, few players have a strategy to do with these eggs. Someone shared that you should do the furthest eggs first, and then the closet ones on the 2nd MC, and the middle one on the 3rd MC. You can do it with 10% of razors health left, but it needs lots of practice. So hope that the hotfix takes an easy way to complete this quest.

3. Thrall received a reminder that he is currently still on Azeroth.

As we all know, current Thrall’s voice-acting made him say “this world is nothing like Azeroth”. Of course he was referring to Graenor. But we are still on Azeroth, and it made him look a bit loose in the head. In Patch 6.0.3, Thrall will receive a reminder that he is still on Azeroth. So funny, right?

In addition, there are other issues being addressed, like fixes that Iron Starlette should no longer be excessively noisy when their owner is on a mount and that Gulp Frogs no longer drop Wilted Lily pad.

Others should be fixed future

the Golden Glider on Timeless Isle is currently giving an error message, saying "You can't use that here.", even though it's an item that can only be used on the Timeless Isle. Someone has had up to 7 deaths from falling or failure to escape. This issue is just one of the players’ complaints. Here is a suggestion that all players should test and see if it is still broken tomorrow, because not all changes are listed out.
