The master brewer, Richard Sedgewick, meticulously crafts a variety of keg and cask beers, using hops and malts sourced from around the globe, contributing to the diverse selection of real ales.

Brewer Richard Sedgewick has now added a new dimension to The Pied Bull's offerings by creating the establishment's first house-brewed lager, aptly named Chester Lager, which was launched in 2024. This unique addition further enriches the brewery's portfolio.
