Taking place at the magnificent MGM Grand Sanya, the Legacy Gala Dinner will celebrate classic cars and modern-day supercars
through a mix of movies, games, music and awards, with 400 VIPs invited. Hainan Rendez-Vous organisers will use the occasion of the Gala to announce a new classic
car event that they are planning to hold in Shanghai next October.
The MGM Grand Sanya is providing its biggest pillar-less Monarch ballrooms for this exclusive gala dinner. As the first five-star hotel in mainland China constructed by
Diaoyutai State Guesthouse of China, the highest standard service venue for hosting foreign heads of states, and MGM Resort International, the top global luxury hotel
group, the MGM Grand Sanya will treat its guests to an unforgettable destination experience of “ Energy, Excitement and Entertainment” all of which the MGM brand is
famous for. The hotel is known as the hotel where Sanya’s hottest parties take place. Boasting its own private beach, the hotel is perhaps most famous for its “Aqualuna
- Wet Republic” where live DJs, private bungalows and food and bottle service create a fantastic poolside party atmosphere periodically.
Automobile enthusiasts from all over China, including dozens of members of the country’s supercar owner clubs, will attend this year’s Hainan Rendez-Vous that takes
place March 30th to April 2nd. Hainan Rendez-Vous is a unique lifestyle event that combines the country’s largest in-water yacht show, a business jet exhibition, supercar
showcase and extensive displays of high-end brands. Famous supercar maker McLaren is marking its entry into Mainland China at the four-day event, displaying its
new model P1TM.
The China Rendez-Vous Bund Classic Gala Dinner will begin with a 18:30-19:30 cocktail hour that will allow guests to mingle and get to know one another. The
sumptuous dinner will begin at 20:00. The dinner will also feature a live performance by the celebrated French jazz singer Anne Evenou.
