Maid Provider PH, the #1 Maid Agency in the Philippines Warns the Public

Maid Provider PH is the only maid agency in the Philippines that is Dun & Bradstreet-verified.

Maid Provider PH, the Philippines' #1 maid agency, issues a statement regarding the false representation of other entities, putting the company in a bad light. The fraudulent activities include copying of the agency's copyrighted materials and acting as Maid Provider's sister agency, among others. The warning was published in the agency's official Google+ page last June 15, 2016. It reads:

WARNING TO THE PUBLIC:

There have been entities that pretend to be sister companies of or affiliated with MaidProvider.ph. We are NOT related to these companies. We have always been and always will be an independent company.

Our shareholders and officers are not related to them. Be wary of unscrupulous companies that steal our branding assets. They pass off our copyrighted images and texts as their own. They trick customers on the phone.

MaidProvider.ph is committed to the highest standard of service. We will not let inferior service mar our brand. The entities that violate our intellectual properties and defraud the public will be pursued.
Founded in 2009, Maid Provider PH penetrated the then fragmented industry with the goal is shaking up the industry. Before it became a full-fledged industry, maid agencies then border the mediocre and the so-so. Maid Provider changed the landscape, introducing a more streamlined hiring process for the employers.

As of now, Maid Provider PH is the only maid agency in the Philippines that is Dun & Bradstreet-verified. This and the firsts we mentioned above is perhaps the reason why the media love to feature the company. Good Housekeeping considers it as the #1 maid provider in the Philippines. It was also featured on various TV and radio programs like Kabuhayang Swak and Swak (ABS-CBN), Day Off (GMA News TV), and Trabaho, Panalo! (DZMM).

Aside from the free training manual, the leading agency paved the way for the many firsts that the industry has seen. For instance, it was the first company to go digital, having its website become live in the same year it was launched. The website was redesigned in 2015 to include a blog to discuss issues relating to maids, maid hiring, the Batas Kasambahay or the Republic Act No. 10361, employing a maid or maids, and so on.

In the same year also, the agency chose to be active on various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Google+. The website, MaidProvider.ph, is basically integrated with these platforms. The sole purpose of which is to synergize the entire operation. The social profiles also act as a marketing and customer service arm of the agency, answering questions asked by future clients and current employers.

More than protecting its digital assets, the warning is a testament to Maid Provider's commitment to the betterment of the entire industry. More so, activities like these are a testament to how disintegrated the industry is – it was fragmented before, and it shows no signs of improvement throughout the years. As an agency which strongly believes that competition is not reprehensible in any how, Maid Provider is still hopeful that the false and misrepresentation will stop shortly after the issuance of the warning.
