Tasimelteon (trade name Hetlioz) is a drug approved by the FDA solely for the treatment of non-24-hour sleep–wake disorder (often designated as N24HSWD) in totally blind adults.
 
Tasimelteon (trade name Hetlioz) is a drug approved by the FDA solely for the treatment of non-24-hour sleep–wake disorder (often designated as N24HSWD) in totally blind adults.
