“While it is often women who wants to fall pregnant that comes to see us, we mostly advise them to have their baby-making sex prior to ovulation. As the sperm cell have a longer life span, it does mean that these will still be in an excellent condition when you do ovulate. It simply makes it easier not to miss that very important time frame that is so limited in the lives of women all over,” James concludes.
