1.Get a mossy key: You have to gain a mossy key, a rare drop from moss giants for an access to Bryophyta’s lair, which is located just north of where the moss giants reside in the sewers.

2.Prepare a knife or blade: While members with level 51 Agility can reach Bryophyta via an agility shortcut from the Edgeville Dungeon, others need a knife or blade if you are reaching her through the Varrock Sewers.

3.Activate Protect from Magic in advance: Since you will be instantly taken to Bryophytha’s chambers and be attacked on sight, you need activate Protect from Magic ahead of entering the room.

4.Bring some form of poison protection: Due to her ability of poisoning players (starting at 8 damage), you’d better take some form of poison protection.

5.Kill 3 growthlings: The three growthlings she summons must be killed with an axe or secateurs used on them first during the fight, for she is immune to all damage if they are alive.
