UK, 29th June: For a cryptocurrency enthusiast, keeping tabs on the current happenings is essential. But why take the hassle of visiting different websites and collect the information by yourself? When we can bring you the exact thing you want. Yes, we are talking about the cryptocurrency latest news and blogs that will offer insights on cryptocurrency. So, here we go.

Bitcoin.org is ordered to delete the Bitcoin whitepaper in a lawsuit. The lawsuit is brought forward by Craig Wright, who alleges the organization of copyright infringement and indicated this document as proof. He mentioned that he is the one who has first created the document in the first place.

The organization did not put up a solid defense leading to Wright's default win. If you consider the anonymous writer Cobra's tweet as a defense, then there's that.

Cobra tweeted that the justice system is screwed, and biased, and will favor those who have monetary influence and power. He also said that Wright is a liar who is falsely claiming to be Satoshi, the first proposer of Bitcoins. Furthermore, he exclaimed that this incident should be an eye-opener and people must realize why cryptography is important.

But that's not where it ends. The organization must put a legal notice on their business website, and pay 350,000 GBP ($48,600) to the opposition. The fee covers the total cost of the case incurred by Wright himself. Wright's legal aid, Inter LLP said that this judgment proves that Dr. Wright is speaking the truth, and his work was infringed, and he must seek compensation for it.

However, Dr. Wright will not restrict access to this document, but only for educational and research purposes. But the whitepaper or the concepts must not be used for illegal purposes, including the promotion of other cryptocurrencies. Also, people should not use paper for any personal promotion as well.

Wright first wrote to bitcoin.org, bitcoin.com, and bitcoincore.org for the same in January demanding the same. Three months later, he received permission from the Court to serve a lawsuit against Cobra and to ask for a response from him within 22 days. Cobra failed to appear in the Court because his main focus is to maintain his anonymity. Experts have divided opinions on this concept. For more news, keep in touch with our website.
