After the one-month long series of online seminar and training for the comprehensive online law studies, the Mindanao State University School of Law in Iligan City Philippines conducted a business law writing competition to over 5000 law students of the five MSU campuses across the Philippines. The online writing competition will be judged by Sydney's best law firm for 2017, Aston Legal. The essay competition will be about business law shall be uploading on the MSU School of Law website for the convenience of the jury coming from another country. Consequently, there are 10 juries for this business law online writing competition and three of them comes outside of the Philippines.

The Online Business Writing Competition first place winner will receive a cash prize of $2,000, the second $1,500 and the last place will get $1000 consequently. The MSU School of Law in the Philippines officiated the opening of the Business law Online Writing Competition on October 17, 2017. Accepting of entries will end on October 29, 2017. The announcement of winners shall be posted on the MSU School Of Law website on the two days after the closing day for entries, October 31, 2017.

The Aston Legal readily accepted to be one of the jury of the said competition, the Online Business Law Competition of MSU School Of Law in the Philippines. The Aston Legal teams of lawyers would be more than willing to access the law student works that they will upload online on the MSU School of Law website. The Online Business Law Writing Competition as MSU-IIT School of Law advocacy also affirmed to the belief of Aston Legal that it will ignite the interest of many law students to do intensive research to come up with an interesting topic to write. The Aston Legal perceives that becoming a jury of the Online Business Law Writing Competition of MSU School of Law will never be an easy job for them. However, as there only be three winners for the said business law online writing competition, the Aston Legal will pick the top three that they think would be best essay and writing.
