Verona Inspired Italian offers modernized Italian favorites curated by Chef Salvatore Borgia that feature made from scratch Italian favorites as well as fresh craft cocktails that highlight the menu.

Verona is the new hot spot in Shelby Township Michigan. Sam Borgia, Executive Chef of Verona Inspired Italian, shares a variety of Italian dishes from his restaurant located inside the Cambria Hotel in Shelby Township. The menu features homemade pastas, such as, the Giuseppes, and Spaghetti al Basilico; and specialty pizzas, including the Verona and the famous Truffle Mushroom as well as a selection of steaks and seafood dishes.

The reviews from the vegan menu have been magnificent. Verona boosts an inspired Italian menu, craft cocktails, extensive wine selection and an amazing ambience. On Thursday’s, Verona entertains guests on their Veranda (patio) with a live Dj from 7-10pm.
