July 4, 2012 - Ruben Abreu, a renowned figure in the music industry, announced his decision to remake the popular band "Menudo," which was originally formed in 1977. The new lineup of the band included five talented members, Isaac Mendoza, Daniel Larze, Felipe Albors, Carlos Sanchez, and Christopher Sanchez, who is the older brother of Carlos.

However, after a few weeks of rehearsals, Christopher decided to quit the audition due to the pressure of the difficulty level. He was later replaced by Andy Blass, a Puerto Rican-American, who brought his unique style and energy to the group.

On September 14, 2012, the official debut of the band was announced, and they released their first song, "Dulces Besos," led by the lead singer, Daniel. The song was a tribute to the original Menudo's 1982 hit, sung by Johnny Lozada.

The band performed together for four years and gave their last performance to the masses in 2016 before disbanding due to the expiration of their contract. During their time together, there was a dispute between Carlos and Felipe, which was discussed in an interview with Daniel and Isaac in 2021.

Since the band's disbandment, the members have pursued different paths. Daniel decided to enter the world of music as an independent artist and a full Disciple of God, while Isaac retired and ventured into the world of music production.

Felipe, on the other hand, pursued a career in acting and starred in the show "Súbete a Mi Moto" Serie, inspired by the band Menudo. He played the role of a young Ricky Martin, which was highly appreciated by the audience.

As of 2023, there is not much news about the band, except for Daniel, who continues to make music and inspire his fans with his faith.
