1888PressRelease - One of the major positive effects of donating money to charity is simply feeling good about giving. Being able to give back to those in need helps you achieve a greater sense of personal satisfaction and growth.

We are planning a “Night of Stars Event” to make the public aware of all the valuable charitable work done by the nameless Hero’s in our City. We are looking for the event to be in Hong Kong in November of this year 2019.

Cindy Ming of IFC International says, “We are inviting everyone that can come out to help us shine the light on all those that work tirelessly to aid the needy.”

The short list is; Christian Action, Society for Community Organization, Save The Tigers, Michael J. Fox Foundation, Feed the Children, Helping Hand, Hong Kong Unison, Hong Kong Paws Foundation, Animals Asia, Clean Air Network, Second Chance Hong Kong, The Lighthouse, Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation, Harmony House, Hong Kong Red Cross, Bring me a Book Hong Kong, and the list goes on.

Funds are raised through donations, campaigns and events, including the foundations signature fundraiser, which honors women who have championed social justice and benefits the foundations Cancer Fund.

“We host an event like this every year”. Says Ming It’s a great way to give back to ones less fortunate.

One in particular I would like to mention was established in 1993, the Hong Kong Federation of Women is a non-profit dedicated to bringing Hong Kong women together, protecting their rights, encouraging their interest and participation in local issues, and collaborating with similar organizations worldwide.

It has more than 2,000 individual members and more than 100,000 corporate members. The organization runs over 100 events and service projects a year, from celebrations and exhibitions to seminars and training programs, including pioneering projects such as the Hong Kong Women of Excellence in the Six Arts Award and Hong Kong’s first all-women orchestra.

“Once we set the date, we will release to the public all the particulars, Hope to see you all there.” Said Mrs. Ming.
