This exercise is based on traditional bending with an extra element of stability and training "core". As the belts move independently stabilizing forces the user using his arms often neglected muscles of the shoulders. The result: greater stability in the shoulders and the "core" well worked.

Make chest press as always on TRX keeping the torso and "core" firm and once upstairs lower your body as you lift your arms stretched. Then raise the body up arms straight down and repeat the exercise.
