If you own a vehicle that cannot be converted for accessibility, your best option is to buy a new vehicle. Sedans and other small cars are not big enough for modification so you might have to buy a minivan or van for mobility support.
If you buy a pre-modified vehicle you can enjoy the advantages of using a brand new car with new conversions and equipment. The entire vehicle will be covered under the same warranty policy and it will be easier to sort out your insurance for it.
