Elite dungeon fixes

There have been some hotfixes about the new Elite dungeon deployed in game, including:

1.Correcting the duo-mode Elite Dungeon player checks;
2.Making the items (spawned when a dungeon is created) visible to all players rather than just the group leader;
3.Fixing double KC sometimes happening issue;
4.Receiving the unique drops from the the elite dungeon bosses without dealing over 50% of the damage as Ironmen;
5.Making sure all Ironmen can receive loot in an elite dungeon;
6.Dropping rare drops directly to the loot chest;
7.Avoiding players being hit outside the boss area;
8.Stopping all Gorajo cards being destroyed when one is used;

Ancient Scales & Solo Mode tweaks

As we all know, Ancient scale is the primary component to upgrade your Sirenic Chaps and Mask from Tier 90 to Tier 92, but the current buy limit for Ancient scales is too way low- only 2 per 4 hours the players have expressed. And the RS team will increase the limit to 20 per 4 hours for the next game update and then a week later raise it to 100 per 4 hours.

As the hardest challenge for Elite dungeon, Solo will be rewarded more appropriately. And right now if you defeat Seiryu in solo mode you will be guaranteed six Ancient scales. Besides, later the Crystals health in the Seiryu solo fight will be reduced to 150k and 200k in duo mode.
